BQS Blister Packing Machine

The BQS (Blistering Quickly through Servo) blister packing machine is a servo technology enabled, flat-forming, flat-sealing, continuous motion blister packing machine that achieves precision, power, speed and position control. The BQS can produce PVC, PVdC, ACLAR and cold formed ALU/ALU blisters with a high output of 400 blisters per minute for thermoformed blisters and 280 blisters/minute for cold formed blisters. Servo adds precision to blister packing by synchronizing the different movements and enables user-friendly operation.
