Depending on size of capsules the output varies from 22,000 to 28,000 capsules per hour.

• To make it more user-friendly the SA-9 features an automated loading station, eliminating the need for continuous operator attention. The loading table stops automatically after the completion of each cycle - 60 strokes.
• The machine has an automated filling station. This revolutionary feature reduces operator fatigue by filling the drug hopper after each filling cycle.
• The machine uses an electronic sensor to activate a pneumatic cylinder to close the station. This makes the machine easier to use and reduces operator fatigue.
• The filled capsules close vertically. This reduces reject rates and minimizes powder spillage which helps reduce costs.
