Capsules
All products manufactured by ACG are made using the highest levels of quality control so that we can assure the consistent quality of our products.
ACG capsules are manufactured in GMP facilities using highly automated state of the art machinery in a controlled environment. The plants operate a QMS in line with ISO 9001:2000 and have been certified by the Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.
Quality is built into ACG capsules through design of system, manufacturing equipments well defined sampling plans and stringent process checks. This ensures optimum performance on the high speed filling machines. The raw materials used in the manufacture of capsules comply with all North American regulations.
Each batch of our capsules is issued with a COA that provides the test results and analysis of representative samples from each batch of capsules.
Machines
ACG manufactures its capsule fillers, tablet presses and packaging machines at a sophisticated plant in Mumbai with a dedicated R&D team, continuous improvement in quality and productivity, and a history of innovation.
Because ACG manufactures both capsules and capsule fillers, we fully understand both. As a result, we have developed the highest level of integration and the lowest capsule rejection rate in the industry.
ACG's capsule experts are involved in each stage of our capsule filling machine design and manufacture. Capsule experts conduct extensive trials on our machines to ensure there are no capsule rejection problems. The synergy in our design process increases the quality of both product lines.
